Step 1

Click the “Prepare Your Site” button in Step 3 of the Echoware Setup Wizard.

Step 2

Select the site you’ll be using as your Echoware API endpoint.

Step 3

On the “Site Details” page click “Edit” and then click on the search icon next to the “Active Site Home Page” text area.

Step 4

In the pop up window search for “Echoware Default” and select the page in the results.When the window closes click “Save”

Step 5

Click the “Public Access Settings” button.

Step 6

Scroll down to the “Enabled Apex Class Access” section and click “Edit”.

Step 7

Select and add the following Apex pages into the “Enabled Apex Classes” window:

  • echo.Echo_Action_Track
  • echo.Echo_Visitor_Update

Step 8

Click “Save” to return to the Profile page and click “Edit” to set the guest user permissions.

Step 9

Scroll down to the “Custom Object Permissions” section and ensure that all of the check boxes are ticked for Visitors, Visitor Data and Visitor Sessions.

Step 10

Click “Save” and you’re done with this piece of the installation process.
